Scope of This Notice
This notice explains how 7 Mortgage, LLC ("7 Mortgage," "we," "us") handles information collected through this public website, including its contact and inquiry forms, calculators, the Sevyn chat assistant, and the employee sign-in page. Loan applications are submitted through a separate application portal linked from this site, and information you provide there, along with information collected while we arrange or service a loan, may also be covered by separate notices we provide during that process, including any privacy notice required by federal or state financial privacy law.
Contact, Inquiry, and Recruiting Forms
When you request a call, ask about a loan program, or submit a recruiting or partnership inquiry, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or details you choose to include, along with the page or form it came from. We use it to respond to you, route your request to the appropriate team member, evaluate recruiting or partnership interest, and keep a record of the inquiry.
Submitting a form is a request for us to respond to that inquiry. It is not a sign-up for unrelated marketing, and it is separate from the optional media choice described below.
Calculators and Emailed Estimates
Calculators and estimate tools run in your browser using the numbers you enter. If you ask us to email an estimate to yourself, we use the email address and the estimate details to send that message through an email delivery service provider, and we may keep a record that the message was sent.
Sevyn AI Chat Assistant
Sevyn is an automated assistant that provides general mortgage and homebuying information. Questions you type, together with a short recent history of the conversation, are sent to our server and then to our AI service provider, OpenAI, so that it can generate a reply. Our server also applies rate limits to the chat to prevent abuse. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, tax returns, bank statements, or other sensitive financial documents into the chat. Sevyn does not provide financial advice, a loan quote, or a pre-approval.
If you choose to use the contact card inside the chat, the name, email, and phone number you enter are handled like any other contact form submission.
Essential Technical Information and Browser Storage
Like most websites, our hosting and server infrastructure automatically processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure, prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting and spam filtering on forms and chat), and troubleshoot problems.
The site uses your browser's local storage for functional settings: your light or dark theme, the accessibility preferences you choose, and your privacy choices. Employees who sign in use authentication cookies needed for that sign-in. These are used to operate the site. The public website is not currently configured with advertising pixels or advertising cookies.
Optional External Media
Some pages can display videos or images hosted by outside providers, such as YouTube or Vimeo, or files hosted on other domains. When such content loads, your browser connects directly to that provider, which may receive your IP address and device information and may set its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.
This content is off by default. On the pages where this content appears, nothing from those providers is requested by our pages until you choose "Accept optional media," allow it on a specific item, or turn it on in Privacy Choices. Videos and images hosted on this site itself continue to work either way, except that embedded media inside blog articles is hidden until you allow optional media. If you later turn the setting off, embedded external media is removed from the page right away.
Your Privacy Choices and Global Privacy Control
Your choice is stored only in this browser, together with the date it was saved and a version number. If you clear your browser storage, use another browser or device, or we update the choices offered, you will be asked again. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to keep optional external media off in that browser, and the setting cannot be turned on while the signal is present.
How Information Is Shared
Information collected through this website is shared with service providers that help us run it, such as hosting, database, email delivery, and AI chat (OpenAI) providers, to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our company, or others.
Linked External Services
Some links on this site take you to services operated separately, including the online loan application portal, social media profiles, and NMLS Consumer Access. Those services load only when you choose to open them, and information you provide there is handled under their own terms and notices, together with any separate notices we provide during the loan process. Optional external media, described above, is a different category: it would load inside our pages, which is why it is off until you allow it.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, such as responding to and following up on an inquiry, and longer where needed to meet legal, regulatory, licensing, or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or retain it in a form that no longer identifies you. Browser-stored settings stay in your browser until you clear them.
Your Rights and Requests
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Some information is subject to other laws, including financial privacy laws, and some requests may be limited by legal or recordkeeping obligations. To make a request, email info@7mtg.com or call (818) 391-7829. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Security and Children
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no website or transmission is completely secure. This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
SMS Privacy
7 Mortgage respects the privacy of users who consent to receive SMS communications. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the SMS program. These service providers may not use the information for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on the recipient’s interaction with 7 Mortgage. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe from future messages or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect other communications or services.
